1. Who Operates the Site and Acceptance of the Terms

reportaza operates this website as a commercial resource providing courses and information on audiovisual production excellence. By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree you must leave the site immediately. These terms incorporate our privacy notice and cookie policy and form a binding contract under the laws of the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility and Permitted Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts in the United Kingdom. Access is permitted only for lawful personal or professional learning purposes related to broadcast studio design, camera control systems, professional lighting, sound engineering and television workflows. Commercial resale or redistribution of course materials is prohibited without prior written consent.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with site security, upload malicious code, scrape content, or use the site to promote competing services. Any violation may result in immediate suspension and we reserve the right to report unlawful activity to relevant UK authorities.

4. Accounts, Submissions and User Content

Where accounts are created for course enrolment or submissions, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details. Any content you submit must be original or properly licensed and must not infringe third-party rights. We may remove content that breaches these terms without notice.

5. Ownership of Site Content, Trademarks and Permitted Limited Use

All text, graphics, course materials and trademarks remain the exclusive property of reportaza or its licensors. You may print or download single copies for personal study only. Any other reproduction requires written permission and must include appropriate attribution.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The site may reference external tools or platforms for audiovisual production. We do not control or endorse these services and accept no liability for their content, availability or data practices. Users should review third-party terms separately.

7. Availability, Changes, Suspension and Termination

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or terminate any part of the service at our discretion, including for maintenance or legal compliance. Your right to use the site ends automatically upon breach of these terms.

8. Disclaimers

Course information is provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy we do not warrant that all content is complete, current or free from error. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other non-excludable right under UK consumer law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Subject to mandatory UK law our total liability for any claim arising from use of the site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of data or business opportunity.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify reportaza against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site, including reasonable legal costs.

11. Governing Law, Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts and to use alternative dispute resolution services where applicable under consumer protection legislation.

12. Severability, Waiver, Changes and Contact

If any provision is found invalid the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions contact us using the details on our Contacts page or via [email protected], +44 (0)1344 649400 or 1 Fairview Cottages, Beehive Road, Binfield, RG12 8TS, United Kingdom.
